Nem tudok belépni a régi jelszavammal

Ez a hiba két okból lehetséges.

a) Nem azt a jelszavat használja amit regisztrációkor megadott.
b) A regisztrációkor nem változtatta meg a jelszavát. A gép által genderált jelszót a rendszer úgy néz ki, hogy csak egy ideig tárolja, aztán törli. A megoldás, az új jelszó kérése, és azonnali megváltoztatása.
c) Amennyiben még nem vásárolt tőlünk semmit lehetséges, hogy töröltük regisztrációját. (Időnként szoktuk törölni a kéretlen regisztrációkat három havonta kb. 10.000 felhasználói fiókot. Sajnos nincs módunkban egyenként ellenőrizni, elbírálni valós személy van-e a regisztrált fiók mögött, így egy listázással azokat a fiókokat töröljük ahol még nem történt vásárlás...) Amennyiben az Ön fiókja is köztük volt, elnézést kérünk a kellemetlenségért.
Ha elfelejtettük hol lehet megváltoztatni: Lépjünk be a honlap bal oldalán, alul található "Saját adatok" menübe és változtassuk meg a jelszavunkat.
